facebook-logoAre you into promoting your business online? Then it’s time for some good news: a new group was launched recently on Facebook exclusively created for business networking.

I started this group with one thing in mind, to enable businesses and self-employed people to network. The group web address is:

If you are an individual, you are also welcome and I believe there is no limit on how much this group should grow. There will be some events added there as well, so my advice is to become a fan and stay tuned for some more.

If you’re into promoting your business, besides joining this group you can have a look over the following ressources as well:

Thanks to the links above I tried to cover most of the things that would help you promote your business via Facebook. If you discover any other healthy tecnique and would like to share, please do!

Here’s a funny remark…

Mashable comes with this phishing warning about not clicking links on facebook pointing to some indian domain (ponbon.in – do not visit it) because they may mess things, people comment and provide information about other similar domains as well (including 151.im – do not visit it).

Half an hour later, Techcrunch comes up with a similar facebook phishing article, on the same topic but this time refering to 151.im.  This is fun, and I have the feeling of reading the same publication, or maybe I am.

While I understand the importance of having my facebook account safe, I have found this half an hour difference very funny. Good for us though: the difference between posts could have been 40 minutes, geesh!
