Are you into promoting your business online? Then it’s time for some good news: a new group was launched recently on Facebook exclusively created for business networking.

I started this group with one thing in mind, to enable businesses and self-employed people to network. The group web address is:

If you are an individual, you are also welcome and I believe there is no limit on how much this group should grow. There will be some events added there as well, so my advice is to become a fan and stay tuned for some more.

I think I’m the first to say this: Loopthing just launched the business networking feature which allows businesses to associate based on common interests. The feature is called simply “networks”, and allows companies or self employed users to create their own business networks, join existing ones and interact with the members of these networks through discussion boards.

This feature becomes very handy when it comes to businesses focused on the same things, because they can discuss and socialize based on one thing that is most important for their existence and development. I can see only good things coming out from this.

A network was already started by Loopthing, and it is designed to attract bloggers from the IT industry. You can see me on the members list because the “networks” feature accepts both business users and individuals.
